3. Client Responsibility

Participate voluntarily and actively in your evaluations sessions.

Provide accurate information about your health history and lifestyle.

Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort, consistency, and adherence to recommendations.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality consulting and wellness services. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

One-on-One Sessions: Refunds are available for missed or canceled sessions. Once services have been rendered, your session is non-refundable.

5. Account Registration

Some features of the Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Pure Performance Rx may provide services through online platforms, video calls, phone consultations, emails, or other remote communication methods (collectively, "Telehealth Services"). These Services are provided by a licensed pharmacist and are intended solely for educational, informational, and wellness coaching purposes.

Not Medical Advice or Care

The Telehealth Services provided by Pure Performance Rx do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaching is not a replacement for care provided by a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or other licensed healthcare provider.

No Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of our Services, including telecommunication-based coaching, does not establish a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship between you and Pure Performance Rx or any of its representatives. Any prescription medications discussed during evaluation sessions must be prescribed by a licensed medical provider who is legally authorized to do so.

Emergency Situations

Our Services are not appropriate for managing medical emergencies or urgent health concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.

Limitations of Remote Services

Virtual coaching has inherent limitations compared to in-person consultations. We may not be able to access or review diagnostic tests, physical exams, or laboratory results, and as such, our recommendations are based solely on the information you voluntarily provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Performance Rx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
