Shipping Policy

No Physical Goods Are Shipped

At Pure Performance Rx, we specialize in providing health coaching and lab review services. As a result, we do not ship any physical products to our customers.

Refund Policy

Our online health coaching services consist of a personalized, non-tangible coaching and education sessions. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a service and not a physical product.

Consultation fees are fully refundable prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule or cancel at any time. After services have been rendered, the consultation fee is non-refundable. No-shows may be assessed a rescheduling fee of $25.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.

Chargebacks

Clients who initiate a chargeback for a purchase without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are in violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
